  • Yes please, space is limited.

    Bookings can be made through our booking app Momence. You can start booking your classes here.

  • Please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes before the class time to ensure yourself time to settle in.

    We lock the door at the start of class so please arrive on time to avoid disappointment. If the door is locked, you're too late to join - please refrain from banging on the door and disturbing the class.

  • If you're coming to a reformer class, grip socks are required.

    If you’re coming to a barre, sculpt or reformer class, a sweat towel and drink bottle is recommended.

    If you're coming to a mat class like yoga or mat pilates you can BYO yoga mat if you want or we have them onsite to use.

  • 1c Broadway, Papakura. Upstairs on the corner of Broadway and Great South Road, look for the green door!

    There is free on street parking and free parking in the Selwyn Centre located 2 minutes away.

  • What a great time to start! Mat and Sculpt are suitable for all levels.

    Sculpt can be a bit easier to pick up if you’ve done yoga movement and/or strength training before.

  • Of course! The reformer is a unique machine that uses spring tension to make an exercise easier or harder, so it’s easy to modify to suit your level!

    Getting yourself a private session prior to group classes can be helpful to understand the machine and refine your technique. Book yourself a private here.

  • Cancellations can be made up to 6 hours before a class starts via your account. If you don’t cancel before then or don’t show up to class:

    〰️ Using a class pass your credit will not be returned.

    〰️ Using the monthly/weekly membership a $4 fee will occur.
