Class Styles

  • A slower, balanced yoga flow focused on alignment and dynamic movement. While slower than a flow class, that doesn’t mean it’s easy! Build strength, endurance and mobility through mindful movement. Expect to find influences from multiple yoga styles and other body work techniques.

    Each teacher has a unique approach.

    All levels welcome, however expect a bit of a challenge.

  • Influenced by Vinyasa, flow is a challenging class without compromise on alignment. A fluid practice, connecting breath with movement and even a opportunity to flow at your own pace. Prepare to be challenged physically and mentally. Get your heart rate up and sweat on!

  • This is a gentle and simple class focused on getting back to basics and a feel good stretch. Perfect for anyone starting their yoga journey, everyday athletes and anyone wanting to improve their mobility + flexibility.

  • A calming and balancing practice to the mind + body. It’s a quiet, meditative practice focused on releasing and letting go. Props are provided to assist the body to relax in order to nourish your connective tissues and release deeply held tensions in the body by staying in postures for 2-5 minutes.

  • Pilates is the perfect full body workout which strengthens and tones the body through low impact controlled movement with a special emphasis on building a strong core.

    Expect to build strength and flexibility, feel energised and get ready to feel the burn!

  • Barre blends the burn of pilates with the flow + grace of ballet and yoga, resulting in a feel good workout grounded in controlled yet dynamic movement. It is a low impact full body workout, however expect an extra special burn in the glutes and core.

  • Inspired by yoga movement, strength training and pilates! Sculpt is a dynamic and challenging workout where function meets flow! Designed to maximise the intensity of a yoga flow using light hand weights.
