Lauren’s choco mousse

Just in time for Christmas! Here’s Laurens high protein, vegan dessert!

Ingredients

  • 375g Silken Tofu

  • 22g Chocolate Pea Protein

  • 60g Low Calorie Syrup

  • 14g Cocoa Powder

Method

1. Place all ingredients in a big mixing bowl

2. Beat until combined

3. Spoon equal amounts into four ramekins

4. Set in the fridge for at least 30 minutes

5. Serve and enjoy!
