Summer Vibes Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 and 1/2 cups coconut water
1 tsp matcha powder
1 serving greens powder of choice (or you could use a bunch of fresh kale or spinach)
Handful of frozen mango
1/2 frozen banana
1 tbsp chia seeds
Handful of ice
Method:
Mix together until smooth in a high speed blender then enjoy in the summer sun!
Optional to sprinkle more chia seeds on top.
Notes:
If you prefer your smoothies sweeter, add a little more mango or banana.
If it’s too thick add more coconut water or filtered water.
